About The Institute for Trustees
The 2024 Institute for Trustees is a series of eighteen online workshops that bring the region's nonprofit leaders together for six weeks of educational sessions, led by experts in the sector. The IFT is open to board members and nonprofit leaders, and runs from the end of March through the beginning of May 2024. The series kicks off March 20 with a Keynote by Dr. Marquis Victor, Founder and Executive Director of Elevated Thought in Lawrence, MA, "Creating Something New: Pursuing Liberation Through Nonprofit Leadership & Practices," March 20 at 6:00 pm.
IFT series topics include Governance/Strategy/Planning, Fundraising, Finance, DEIA, The Human Element, Self Care and Avoiding Burnout,Technology, The Arts, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
