SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

The Billy Evans Memorial Scholarship Fund is dedicated to honoring the memory of USCP Officer William F. Evans. We knew him best as our good friend Billy who was active across many activities – playing baseball, bowling, and as a part of the band. The goal of the Fund is to provide financial assistance to a Drury High School graduate pursuing higher education (2-year or 4-year degree) who displays strong moral character, loyalty, and commitment to helping others (service to their family, school, neighborhood or community) and who intends to pursue a degree in public service (e.g., teaching, social work, criminal justice). Priority will be given to candidates who are active in bowling, sports and/or the high school band.

As the fund grows, it will enable scholarship opportunities to students across Berkshire County.
