Bonnie Stevens

Philanthropic Advisor

Bonnie joined BTCF as Philanthropic Advisor in May 2025, bringing more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience. In this role, she partners with individuals, families, and organizations to develop thoughtful giving strategies that reflect their values and maximize their impact. Bonnie provides personalized guidance on all aspects of philanthropy, from clarifying priorities and evaluating nonprofit partners, to structuring meaningful gifts and building enduring charitable legacies. She also plays a key role in strengthening relationships with fundholders and deepening BTCF’s connections across the region. 

Bonnie has served as both chief fundraising officer and independent consultant for numerous arts, educational, and social service organizations. She began her career in New York City and has spent more than two decades in the Berkshires leading development programs at Jacob’s Pillow, Berkshire Country Day School, Shakespeare & Company, and Berkshire Agricultural Ventures. As a consultant, she has supported organizations including the Norman Rockwell Museum, Geva Theatre in Rochester, N.Y. and Philabundance in Philadelphia, PA.  

She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Towson University and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. She lives in West Stockbridge with her family.
