Executive Assistant to the President
Dalila Madison Almquist joined Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation in October 2025 as the Executive Assistant to the President. In her role, she is responsible for supporting BTCF’s President in advancing the Foundation’s strategic priorities and daily operations.
Dalila has worked as a health equity professional for nearly 20 years, bringing a strategic approach to cultivating and facilitating community-led programs. She is also a land steward who has worked at local farms and her family’s homestead in the Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts.
Dalila lives with her spouse, her mother, and their four family pets (two cats and two dogs). She serves on her town’s Finance Committee and leads a community group bringing neighbors together and informing local decision-making. She likes to bake tasty chocolate chip cookies and to belt crowd-pleasers at any karaoke party.
